We frequently get requests from clients who are transitioning to a smaller space. 

So, we worked on coming up with a simple, modern floor plan that gives clients the right balance of "just enough" space without compromising on space to spread out or on luxury finishes.

 

The Primary bedroom and bath are on the main level with a second bedroom/flex space.

 

With just over 1300 sq ft on the main level and an open floor plan, it feels light and airy.  We designed it with a lower walk-out that affords an additional space for guest quarters now or in the future.
