We get requests frequently where cients are transitioning to a smaller space. So, we
worked on coming up with a simple modern floor plan that give clients the balance of "just enough" space without feelng like you are compromising on space to spread out or luxury finishes. The Primary bedroom and bath on the main level with a second bedroom/flex space. With just over 1300 sq ft on the main level and open floor plan it feels light and airy. We designed it with lower walk-out that affords an additional space for guest-quarters now or in the future.
Lakefront New Construction Project-Lake James 2021
The owners wanted a timeless design where they could create lasting memories, host family and friends in a space they wouldn't outgrow. This home features cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors, custom tile, a large butlers pantry, a double-sided fireplace, loft, screened in porch off primary and expansive covered porches, as well as a partially finished basement, an outdoor shower and extensive landscaping.
Hendersonville Renovation Project
We updated this home from the 70's with new doors in some areas, a covered porch, a new portico, new railings on front deck, took out several trees and an old chicken coop, added fencing along driveway with new peers to match the current rock walls, resealed the driveway and did a bit of landscaping in addition to new lighting, tongue and groove ceilings, crown molding, new hardwoods, new tile in some of the rooms, a custom-made vanity with copper sink, painted kitchen cabinets with new hardware and added built-in bookshelves. Oh, we almost forgot, painted the outside of the home and installed a new roof with new gutters and gutter guards!
