With over 30 years in residential construction, we have worked from concept to close on residential homes. Our team enjoys both the challenges of home renovations as well as new home construction projects. Jim Strater has served as an expert in the field of construction consulting for many years and has helped countless folks with selecting and sourcing quality building materials for their projects. Knowing how frustrating residential renovations and new construction can be for a homeowner, he would often find himself educating and counseling them on the various aspects of the process. He saw the need for a new kind of coaching, construction coaching and that's when Greyrock Builders was formed.
